The Breast Cancer Index Test is validated and recognized by guidelines for early-stage, hormone receptor-positive breast cancer patients with node-negative (N0), or node-positive disease with up to three positive nodes (N1).^1-7

Reports whether you are likely to benefit from anti-estrogen therapy beyond 5 years. Results are reported as a clear “YES” or “NO.”

Across validation studies, patients identified as “YES” (likely to benefit) experienced a 58-67% relative risk reduction by continuing anti-estrogen therapy to 10 years.^3-7

Reports your individualized risk of late distant recurrence between years 5-10 post-diagnosis.

With 5 total years of adjuvant anti-estrogen therapy: Reports your individualized risk of late distant recurrence if you stop your anti-estrogen therapy at year 5.

Reports your individualized risk of late distant recurrence between years 5-10 post-diagnosis.

With 10 total years of adjuvant anti-estrogen therapy: This range applies your predictive result (“YES”) to your prognostic risk to illustrate your estimated risk of late distant recurrence if you continue your treatment to year 10.
